MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order amount is € 250.00 not including VAT. Please pay attention to the minimum order quantities per item, which are displayed automatically. Wholesale excluded.

SHIPPING COSTS

DELIVERY

The goods will be shipped according to the order confirmation and without further confirmation, unless the delivery is subject to prepayment and there are no exceptions.

Shipping is carried out by courier. Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 14 days after receipt. If an order contains non-deliverable or temporarily non-deliverable items, these will not be delivered, and the corresponding order quantity will be cancelled - if not otherwise agreed.

PALLETS: The pallets used in our shipments - if not otherwise agreed - MUST NOT BE RETURNED TO THE COURIER, as they are disposable pallets.

We ask our customers to check at the time of delivery that the goods shipped on pallets reach their destination according to the dimensions indicated on the invoice.

The courier is obliged to leave the goods on pallets in their original packaging and deliver them as such. If goods are delivered without pallets or with damaged packaging, as well as other defects, the delivery must be accepted SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION; otherwise, My Senso srl cannot accept any complaints.

COMPLAINTS
If the goods arrive damaged or incomplete, it is mandatory to accept the goods with reserve - No claims will be accepted eight days after receipt of the goods. - In case of claims for damaged or incomplete goods, the seller shall replace the goods free of charge or refund the amount due. - No claim entitles the buyer to suspend or delay payment for the goods. - On delayed payments, interest at the official discount rate in force at the time, plus seven percentage points, will be charged from the day of the due date to the day of receipt and without the need for formal notice. - Any disputes shall be settled by the Court of Bolzano.

PAYMENT
For new customers we require payment in advance -3% discount. An order confirmation will be provided for prepayment.
